WooCommerce Cart to Quote plugin allows store owners to enable quotation inquiry for registered or guest customers. The quotation forms can be created with Gravity Forms plugin or Contact Form 7 plugin. The Cart to Quote plugin will help to add the quotation form in the cart page. The customers can submit the cart inquiry from cart page. Admin can disable or enable checkout for registered or guest customers so that customers can only submit the cart as an inquiry.
